Josh is a sustainability consultant, college professor, published author, and public speaker with over twelve years of experience conducting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories and managing sustainability programs and initiatives for large organizations. Josh started his career managing sustainability at Hawaii Pacific University in 2010, moved to the corporate world as director of sustainability at Fetzer Vineyards in 2014 and launched his sustainability consulting firm, Sustridge, in 2017.
In 2017 and 2019, Josh was recognized as a top environmental leader in the business sector receiving the Environmental Leader 50 award and Environment and Energy Leader 100 award respectively.

Josh holds a Master of Arts in Global Leadership and Sustainable Development, an MBA, accreditation as a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor, LEED Green Associate and Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) certified training.
Chris has spent the last few years conducting GHG emissions inventories as a sustainability consultant with Sustridge and as a strategic advisor and President of the Sustainable Tourism Association of Hawaii. Chris has grown up in the tourism industry, having worked with some of the largest organization in travel. Starting from the bottom as a valet with the Hilton and Marriott organizations, Chris advanced into a Regional Manager position for Expedia overseeing a team of 20 and responsible for over $20M in revenue. Chris has traveled to over 60 countries and 6 continents seeking new ideas and blending successful concepts; he is dedicated to finding the economic opportunities that align with doing positive impact business.
Chris earned a Master’s degree in Global Leadership & Sustainable Development from Hawaii Pacific University, conducting his thesis work on Sustainable Tourism. He also holds a B.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from San Diego State University. Chris studied abroad at Oxford University, U.K., Deakin University, Australia and at Sungkyunkwan University, Korea to bring a breadth of perspectives to his educational experience.
Mike serves as our Business Development and Sales Executive. Serving the private and non-profit sector as CEO for over 20 years, Mike has developed an acumen for building relationships and leading multiple international companies with strong results. After graduating from Indiana University with a degree in Public Affairs, he has led multiple companies providing value in each industry. Mike has built a wealth of knowledge to scale rapidly growing industries, while maintaining critical relationships with all stakeholders. His passion for creating impact that leads to sustainable growth continues to be his passion.
